Dao Lu is launching a 12-week Tai Chi course in the garden at the Firs Medical Centre, Stephenson Rd, London E17 7JT, Fridays 8:30-9:30am, starting from 16 May to 1 August 2025

It was a wonderful and packed day for children, young people, families and volunteers coming together and immerse in the rich culture and traditions of the Lunar New Year.
