Dao Lu is expanding into south-west London by openning a new community Tai Chi class in Richmond, near Kew, from 21 August, every Wednesday, 14:00-15:15, at St john’s Church Hall, St John the Divine, Richmond Team Ministry, Kew Road, #TW9 2NA, 5-minute walk from Richmond Station. We recently completed a successful 6-week Tai Chi introduction course for community groups in Kew Gardens on 9 August. Because of the keen interest from the participants, we are openning this new community class to enable them continue their Tai Chi journey while doing marketing to more local people.

We may not have time but even a short burst of 10 minutes’ activity can increase our mental alertness and energy. For example, you can do #taichi, also called moving meditation, or any other activities in your daily life, short or long, so help build it into your daily routine.
