World Tai Chi Day 2020

We will be celebrating World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day 2020 on Saturday 25th April, from 11am to 1pm:

  • Saturday 25th April, 11:00am – 13:00pm
  • Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners
  • FREE
  • Virtual class, using Zoom (how to use Zoom)
  • The Zoom password will be sent on Friday 24th at 8pm
  • A poster is available for printing (or share this page)

(Aileen to lead Yi Fei Qi Gong + Marianne to lead Kai Men and Dao Yin

12:00 – 12:10Instructors showing different Tai Chi forms
12:10 – 12:30Tai Chi movements
(Aileen to lead five basic movements, Aaron to lead trying a form)
12:30 – 12:45Meditation (Itricia)

Please note:

  • You must be well enough to take part in your home
  • Participation is at your own risk
  • You must have a quiet area suitable for Tai Chi training – enough space around, suitable (non-slip) flooring and a solid chair for balance if required
  • Please be aware that classes may be recorded
  • Our current limit is 100 participants, so first come first served!
