Tai Chi Performance and Interactive Workshop at Walthamstow Garden Party

This is our annual event now in its 5th year! On Sunday 15th July, we will deliver a Dao Lu Tai Chi performance as the opening act on the News from Nowhere Stage at 12:45 – 13.00 and an interactive workshop in front of the stage at 13:00 – 13:30.

Clothing and other essentials – please wear Tai Chi white uniform and/or Dao Lu red (or white) T-shirt and black trousers. Please bring sun cream and water. If you carry weapons, they must be kept in their bags except for the performances and you must have your Dao Lu licence with you for security checks.

Entry – Dao Lu performers and volunteers will receive full briefing.

Rehearsals – We have been training hard for rehearsals on four Sundays leading to the event. A final dress rehearsal with music will take place on Friday 13th July, 18:45 – 20:00, at the Foster Hall / St Barnabas Church Hall, Wellesley Road, Walthamstow E17 8JZ
