Try Yoga at Pimp Hall Nature Reserve

May 3, 2019 by bootleweb

There will be an introductory yoga session with Philip Koulis, who trained in classical yoga in India. The session will comprise two hours of slow, gentle movements with theory. It complements Tai Chi practice.

It’s not modern gym-style yoga that crams as many postures in as possible. Instead, only a few postures will be covered, but with a gentle build up and with an explanation of the effects and benefits.

  • Saturday 22nd June
  • 4.30 – 6.30pm
  • Followed by picnic and walk-around the nature reserve
  • Indoors if wet
  • Bring a mat if you have one (spares will be available)
  • Flexible clothing
  • In the learning lodge, may be partly outdoors
  • Car parking available
  • £10 per person to cover instructor and room fees, for two hours
