Saturday 16th July 2016, 14.00 – 16.00
- Meet at 14.00 in front of the main stage, News from Nowhere
- A group of Dao Lu girls/women students will take part in a collaborative music show, Land of Shadows, with a live orchestra and choir, on the main stage at 2.30pm. Everyone else please cheer them!
- All meet again at 3pm after the main stage show
- Tai Chi performance and join in at 3.30-4pm. We need as many as students to take part and showcase different levels and age range to the public!
- The specific performance site to be confirmed on the day by Barbican, somewhere near the main stage.
Sunday 17th July 2016, 3.30 – 4.30pm
- Meet at 3.30pm on the same site where we performed on Saturday. Again we need as many as students to take part and showcase different levels and age range to the public!
- Tai Chi performance and join in at 4-4.30pm
Clothing and other essentials – please wear Tai Chi white uniform and/or Dao Lu T-shirt and black trousers. Please bring sun cream and water. If you carry weapons, you must have your Dao Lu licence with you for security checks.
Entry – Dao Lu performers and volunteers have been briefed on how to register for entry by 7 July.
Rehearsals – You must attend the full dress rehearsals on Sunday 10 July at 9.30 – 10.30am in Lloyd Park (Aveling Field).
