Dao Lu CIC and the Lee Valley Regional Authority will deliver 3 sets of activities over the coming summer months and into early autumn at the Lee Valley Ice Centre in Leyton and the White Water Centre in Broxbourne. All activities are FREE, accessible to beginners and to all abilities. In some sessions, children 15 years old and under are especially welcome to join, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Health Qigong Taiji Yang Sheng Zhang or Health Qigong Stick at the Lee Valley Ice Centre, 15 sessions over 8 weeks
