5 free sessions for people with learning disabilities, their carers and support workers

As part of Give it a Go programme, Tai Chi Flow project is for people with visual impairment to feel the calmness and grace of Tai Chi while getting fit in a fun environment. Family carers and support workers are welcome to come along and have a go at Tai Chi. Classes are free but booking is essential, please see the contact page.

We are now working on a new round of FREE Tai Chi for Mums in March/April 2014 in partnership with Barclays Children Centre who provides an excellent on site crèche service. You can get regular updates on the Tai Chi for Girls and Women page.

11.30 – 12.30, Aileen and Berit will be leading on a Tai Chi session in the dance studio.
