Zumba® Fitness is one of the most fun forms or cardio exercise ever! Fusing a collection of Latin American music and dance styles like Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton into an exciting and easy to follow aerobic fitness class. Don’t worry if you’re new – pace yourself, have fun and in time you’ll pick up the choreographies.
Our Zumba classes are run by the wonderful Chloe Redmond, of www.TheBodyPeople.co.uk
Initially there will be four classes as a trial – the four Fridays of February, at 5pm.

Once registered, find Friday 5th (or whatever date you like) and then Dao Lu Zumba:
It came up with an advert for the mailing list – strange! Clicked “No thanks” and then got the enroll form, with “Sign” for joining the class. Click “Sign” to confirm.
That’s it!
You’ll then get an email for the booking, complete with donation bank details and the Zoom link (our usual).
If you want to sign up for multiple classes, go to the appropriate date and repeat. The suggested donation is £5 per session.
