Tai Chi forms with weapons
This class is suitable for adults who already know tai chi hand forms and are interested in extending their practice to tai chi weapon forms. The class is not suitable for beginners in tai chi hand forms.
Date and time: Thursdays, 6.00 – 7.00pm
Venue: Dance Studio, Leyton Sixth Form College, Essex Rd, Leyton E10 6EQ. In the warmer and summer months, the class may take place in the field behind the Orient House sports building.
Weapon forms taught in the class include Chen-style broad sword/sabre, single straight sword, staff/stick, Wudang single straight sword.
