Commissioned by London Borough of Waltham Forest to encourage physical activities participation in local parks from Asian and Muslim women living in Waltham Forest.

- FREE 6 indoor sessions with a female teacher
- Free creche. Limited places. First come first served.
- £20 deposit for crèche booking payable by 17 September. Refundable at end of project, or if you cancel before 3 September.
- At Community Room, Aveling Centre, Lloyd Park, Forest Road, E17 (see maps)
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
- Not suitable for under 11s
