Following our successful delivery of three Tai Chi sessions to the public as part of Love Parks Week 2017, we have been commissioned to deliver three Tai Chi sessions again to the public across Waltham Forest in Love Parks Week 2018.

Everyone can come along to try Tai Chi and other free activities to get to know your local parks even better. For example, we have not been aware of Henry Reynolds Park in the borough. So it is great for us to get up closer there and introduce Tai Chi to local residents.

  • First session, Monday 16th July, 16:00 – 17:00, Tai Chi workshop for children, at Langthorne Park, Birch Grove, London E11 4YG. Meet by the amphitheatre.
  • Second session, Tuesday 17th July, 16:00 – 17:00, Tai Chi workshop for children, at Henry Reynolds Park, Bush Road, London E11 3AY. Meet near the entrance.
  • Third session, Wednesday 18th July, 13:00 – 14:00, Tai Chi workshop for adults, at Lloyd Park, Forest Road, London E17 4PP. Meet on the Island.
