6 week introduction to Qi Gong in Memorial Park
Starts Saturday 8th June 11.30 – 12.30pm, until Saturday 13th July.
Qi Gong for health: improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Benefits of regular practise – raised energy levels, improved organ
function, mental focus, joint mobility, increased body, mind, and
breath awareness, release of stress and tension.
At the end of the programme you will have learnt a range of movements
that you can practice on your own, or with an established group run by
Dao Lu.
