After completion of a 6-week Tai Chi summer course for community groups in Kew Gardens on 9 August 2024, enthusiastic students wanted to continue their tai chi training. Due to the keen interest and request from the participants who helped us find a suitable venue, we are opening a new Tai Chi class in Richmond!
- A 6-session pilot on 21 & 28 August, 4 & 25 September, 2 & 9 October, in a new venue near Kew Gardens
- Wednesdays 2.00-3:15 pm (75 minutes each session)
- St John’s Church Hall, St John the Divine, Kew Road, TW9 2NA, 5-minute walk from Richmond Station
Fees:
£35 for the whole block (equivalent to £4.66/hour)
£28 for any 4 sessions, in case you cannot attend all 6 sessions (equivalent to £5.60/hour)
£10 drop in rate (equivalent of £8/hour)

NEXT STEPS
During the pilot 6 weeks to help sort out any teething problems, we will be doing a marketing drive in local areas for more participants to join in. If we have sustainable number of students and everyone is happy, we will continue this weekly class on a permanent basis.
