Dao Lu has started a 12-week Introduction to Tai Chi and Qi Gong course for the staff of Wood St Health Centre. During the course, staff will learn Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong and Yang style 10-step form.

Dao Lu is launching a 10-week Tai Chi pilot in The Firs Medical Centre, Stephenson Rd, London E17 7JT, Fridays 8:30-9:30am, starting from 24 January to 28 March 2025. The pilot is suitable for beginners and for all abilities.
