Tai Chi taster session for people with learning disabilities at Winchester Road Methodist Church

Dao Lu will run a Tai Chi taster session for people with learning disabilities and carers, in partnership with Days 4 You 2, a voluntary organisation running a day centre for disabled people.

  • FREE for participants

Dao Lu will run a FREE Tai Chi session for local families, as part of the Happy Easter programme at Pimp Hall Nature Reserve.

  • At Learning Lodge, Pimp Hall Nature Reserve, off Kings Road, Chingford E4 7HR
  • Outdoors, weather permitting (indoors if wet)
