We are organising a FREE event and learning set at 2.30 – 3.30pm in Ridgeway Park Chingford, outdoors weather permitting, meeting on the green field opposite to the park keeper’s office. We hope many students across different classes and venues will come along.
Please contact us if you are not sure whether the event is going ahead or not, before 2 pm on the day. Please let us know if you are planning to come along so we can have a rough number of the students.
Dress code – uniforms and/or Dao Lu or Shaolin Daolu T-shirts.
Food – Please do bring a small food item or drinks or any other picnic stuff. Everyone including children are welcome.
For information, we will be running FREE 10-week Tai Chi and Kung Fu family projects from 2nd May in Ridgeway Park. Please help spread the word to your neighbours and friends or top up your own training. Please see the full project details, including a poster, at Ridgeway Park Family Sessions.
This is a FREE event hosted by Dao Lu in collaboration with our master, Shifu Browne (www.shaolindaolu.com).
