8 free sessions for people with learning disabilities, their carers and support workers
Every Wednesday, 10.30 – 11.45, from 7th May to 25th June, at Sidmouth House, 25 Sidmouth Road, Leyton E10 5QZ
Following a very successful Round 1, people with learning disabilities liked Tai Chi and would like to train more! They will put themselves up and do a small performance routine as well at the LBWF Sports Day for Disabled People on Thursday 26 June. Watch this space!

Tai Chi for Mums with creche
This project was of a great success. We would like to thank Pro-active North London Give it A Go programme for the funding. We are now working on a new round of FREE Tai Chi for Mums in March/April 2014 in partnership with Barclays Children Centre who provides an excellent on site crèche service. Watch this space for regular updates!
